The Inaugural Chicago African Restaurant Week
Sep 30, 2026October 1 – 11, 2026. African Restaurant Week (ARW) is a celebration of the best of African, African American and Caribbean cuisine. It will include reduced price (discounted) menus at participating restaurants and businesses throughout Chicago including Yassa African Restaurant, Goree' Cuisine, Tesfa Ethiopian Cuisine, Kizin Creole and others.
Admission is free - with discounted menus and special offerings, with prices beginning at $10, plus cultural programming, cooking classes, food and music festivals and chef events.
