The 50-Year Mortgage: Wealth for Banks, Not Families

So now Trump wants 50-year mortgages. They’ve gone from own your home by 60 to die and pass the mortgage down to your grandkids like a family heirloom.

At this rate, the title deed is gonna come with a generational curse and a prayer candle. A 50-year loan ain’t a “path to ownership.” You’re basically renting from the bank for half a century while pretending you’re building wealth.

But go ‘head Trump, let’s act like stretching debt across five decades is “helping families.” Next up we’re gonna have 75-year car loans, 100-year student debt, and a new slogan, “Make America Owe Forever Again.”
